The single (blue) zone replaces the previous three coloured zones (red, orange and yellow) to make it simpler for people to understand the evacuation zones (and maps).</SPAN></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 6 0;"><SPAN>The new tsunami evacuation zone has been updated to align with LINZ High Water Spring, current aerial imagery and recent additional tsunami modelling undertaken for different sections of the coastline.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV> |
