This dataset was produced from historic imagery scanned as part of the LINZ/LGGA joint project to digitise the crown archive of historic aerial imagery. The imagery was orthorectified by SKkyVuw Ltd as part of a joint contract between BOPRC, ECAN and Waikato Regional Council.The aerial photography for SN5327 was acquired using a ZEISS RMK15/23 camera system on 01/01/1979 and 09/01/1979. The imagery was collected flying 3,500 feet above sea level providing an approximate scale of 1:6,800. The original scanned images provide an approximate raw GSD of 9.5 cm which has been resampled to 10 cm in order for the pixels to fit within the tile size as whole pixels. |
