These areas are available for download on the LINZ Data Service. </span><a href='https://data.linz.govt.nz/layer/105690-bay-of-plenty-lidar-1m-dem-2019-2022/' target='_blank'>https://data.linz.govt.nz/layer/105690-bay-of-plenty-lidar-1m-dem-2019-2022/ </a><span style='font-size:16px;'> </span><font size='3'><br /></font></div><div style='text-align:Left;'><span style='font-size:16px;'><br /></span></div><div style='text-align:Left;'><div style='font-size:16px;'>The purposeful extent of this Bay of Plenty Regional Council (BOPRC) elevation layer is the same as its sister DSM which tends to cover all surface water catchments within the BOPRC Region as depicted from the Draft National Policy Statement for Freshwater Management (NPSFM) Freshwater Management Unit (FMU) boundaries <a href='https://maps.boprc.govt.nz/datasets/BOPRC::freshwater-management-units-draft' target='_blank'>https://maps.boprc.govt.nz/datasets/BOPRC::freshwater-management-units-draft</a> aligned to NIWA REC 2.4 boundaries <a href='https://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=28d23ad94c2a4846b7634f4cdbba178f' target='_blank'>https://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=28d23ad94c2a4846b7634f4cdbba178f</a>.</div><div><br /><font size='3'>Outer region DEM tiles and additional Taupo District elevation tiles falling within the BOPRC region were kindly supplied by the adjacent regions/territorial local authorities (Waikato Regional Council, Gisborne District Council, and Hawkes Bay Regional Council) or acquired directly through the Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) Data Service.</font></div><span style='font-size:16px;'><div><br /></div></span></div><div style='text-align:Left;'><span style='font-size:16px;'>Because the outer-region tiles originated from a different batch/source of processed elevation models, edge artifact and slight discrepancies maybe visible.
