 "description": "<DIV STYLE=\"text-align:Left;\"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>This rural area was created by starting with ones from the Rotorua Lakes Council planning zones recieved from them in January 2016.<\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN>The zones used were:<\/SPAN><\/P><UL><LI><P><SPAN /><SPAN>RV1 \u2013 Reserve 1 \u2013 Conservation Reserve<\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI><LI><P><SPAN>RV2 \u2013 Reserve 2 \u2013 Destination Reserve<\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI><LI><P><SPAN>RV3 \u2013 Reserve 3 \u2013 Community Asset Reserve<\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI><LI><P><SPAN>RR1 \u2013 Rural 1 \u2013 Working Rural<\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI><LI><P><SPAN>RR2 \u2013 Rural 2 \u2013 Rural Lifestyle<\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI><LI><P><SPAN>RR3 \u2013 Rural 3 \u2013 Rural Village (which includes Mamaku)<\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI><LI><P><SPAN>FRV3 \u2013 Future Reserve 3 \u2013 Future Community Asset Reserve<\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI><LI><P><SPAN>FRD1 \u2013 Future Residential 1 \u2013 Future Residential Living<\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI><LI><P><SPAN>FRR2 - Future Residential 2 \u2013 Future Rural Lifestyle<\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI><LI><P><SPAN>Lakes A<\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI><\/UL><P><SPAN>Some areas from these zones were then removed and <\/SPAN><SPAN>some areas<\/SPAN><SPAN>were added.
